Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and they even had a special Christmas feast. The view from the room was incredible, we could see the top of a beautiful cathedral and the bustling city below. Plus, the hotel was in the heart of the city, we could easily walk to all the attractions.

That check-in was a bit confusing, we had trouble finding the entrance and figuring out the check-in process. It would have been more convenient to have someone available at all times.

The hotel's central location allows us to explore the city without having to commute long distances, as all the sites are within walking distance. We enjoy waking up to the beautiful view of the city from the room's large windows. the spacious room and well-appointed bathroom make our stay comfortable. the breakfast is outstanding, offering a variety of artisanal coffee, croissants, and fruit.

The noise level from common areas can be disruptive at times.

Stayed here for a weekend and the location was perfect! Steps away from everything, we didn't have to walk far to get to all the attractions. the room was also very spacious and had everything we needed. the WiFi worked well too!

The receptionist who was a bit unfriendly. She didn't seem to care about our needs and wasn't very informative.
